The Writer's Eye

Over the past couple of months there have been rumors flying in every direction of a sequel/prequel to the immensely popular series by J.K. Rowling. After doing some research I even found several fake titles, most of them going along the lines of James Potter and such and such. I'm here to tell you that these rumors are nothing more than pure gravy. Don't cry. I know, it's sad, but there are plenty of other books to read. While Rowling has admitted to having weak moments where she felt she might write another book, she confirms that there are no immediate plans. She states that she is currently at work on a...political fairytale. What? Ah well, knowing her, it could become the next big thing. She has confirmed that if (and this is a big if here) she chooses to continue with the wizarding world, she will follow the path of James Potter, because she feels that Harry's story has been told. Is it possible that in ten years we will see a new book following the Potter family? Certainly. But for now, these rumors are just that; rumors.
